Who we are

CryptAI Lab (the "Site", cryptai.nexalink-labs.com) is operated by NexaLink Labs ("we", "us"). The Site publishes the directional prediction accuracy of our research models. It does not offer accounts, payments, or trading services.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect profile information such as your name, address, or payment details. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the Site, maintain security, route traffic, and prevent abuse. This technical data may be considered personal data in some jurisdictions.

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic volume and which pages are read. Where used, this is for statistics only and is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies

The Site itself functions without tracking cookies. Third-party services we may introduce (see "Advertising" below) can set or read their own cookies and similar technologies. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not affect access to the Site's content, although some third-party features may not work as intended.

Advertising

We may display advertising, including via Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

The Site may contain affiliate or referral links (for example, to cryptocurrency exchanges). If you follow such a link and sign up or transact, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose affiliate relationships when they are relevant to a link or recommendation. Affiliate relationships never change the data shown on the Site, which reflects model accuracy only.

Third-party links

The Site links to external services such as X (Twitter). Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Data retention & security

We retain technical and aggregate data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We rely on our hosting and analytics providers' security measures; no method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under the EU GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts or directly collected personal profiles, such requests are typically handled at the level of the third-party providers described above. The Site is intended for a general, adult audience interested in research and is not directed to children under 18. Nothing here is investment advice.
